As part of the academic and scientific activities of the Scientific Research Center at Soran University, an important scientific research titled “Advancing High-Performance Thermoelectric Devices: Enhancing Thermoelectric Properties via Graphitic ZnO/g-C₃N₄ Nanocomposites” has been published.

This study was authored by Dr. Hussain Khojasteh, Sarbast Mamand Hussein (researcher at the Scientific Research Center), and Prof. Dr. Samir Mustafa Hamad (Director of the Scientific Research Center). It appeared in the internationally recognized journal Micro and Nanostructures, published by Elsevier Ltd., which holds an impact factor of 2.7.

The research scientifically and innovatively sheds light on improving thermoelectric technology using ZnO and g-C₃N₄ nanocomposites, which can play a crucial role in the development of heat-to-energy conversion systems. The publication of this research marks another milestone for the academic and scientific presence of Soran University and its Scientific Research Center on both the national and international levels, while also contributing new knowledge to the field of energy and thermoelectric technology.
