Researchers from the Scientific Research Center at Soran University have successfully published a study in the internationally renowned journal International Journal of Sustainable Energy, which has an impact factor of 2.2. This study, titled “Harvesting thermal energy with green-synthesised copper oxide/silver nanocomposites,” presents a novel and eco-friendly approach to thermal energy harvesting.

In this research, Soran University scholars M.Y. Venus Mushir Faris, Prof. Dr. Samir Mustafa Hamad, Prof. Dr. Aziz Abdullah Barzinji, and Dr. Dilshad Shaykha successfully utilized the Green Synthesis technique to fabricate copper oxide/silver nanocomposites. This method offers higher efficiency and lower environmental impact compared to conventional approaches.
